The Weyrich Lunch is the successor to the conservative strategy luncheons that the late Paul Weyrich hosted for many years.
Paul Weyrich was a leader in the conservative movement who possessed a rare combination of strategic vision, principle and entrepreneurial spirit. He either founded or helped shape many enduring institutions such as The Heritage Foundation, The American Legislative Exchange Council and The Free Congress Foundation.
There are three ground rules to the Weyrich Lunch.
1) Attendance is by invitation only.
2) All discussions at the meeting are off the record.
3) Courtesy: when differences occur, avoid personal comments.
